About Us

Mandy Tourle

Hello. I am Mandy Tourle and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. It always helps I think especially if you are going to be working with someone.

Learning about someone’s journey I find fascinating and why I love my job.

I did not start out in law, but in the world of banking.  I went straight into it from school  but it was not long until my passion for the law came calling and I took an access course at college to get me on the right path.

My educational journey took me to university where I studied business law at Bournemouth University, then to the College of Law to get my Legal Practice diploma. A training contract was next which started my legal career. Between 2000 and 2014, I was a solicitor and during this time I worked as an associate,  progressing onto being a partner and head of the Private Client Dept of a firm on the South Coast.  I have specialised in Administering Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Wills and Trusts. During this time I also passed the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners qualifications.

I am currently a non-practising solicitor and a Trust and Estate Practitioner . I am also an Associate with the Society of Will Writers.

 Turning Point

When my Grandfather died I helped my mother and my aunt with all the paperwork, as it was a lot for them to cope with. I already dealt with this type of work in my job and understood the bureaucracy that surrounded it, but until you are faced with losing a loved one you cannot appreciate the emotional turmoil that comes with it too! As time went on, I realised there was a need for someone like me to help people, especially  people in or heading towards later life to become more organised and prepared, whether they have lost a partner or not and to give them peace of mind that everything was in place making life stress free and enjoyable.

Olli

As a result “Paperwise Solutions (now PWS Legal)” was created and OLLI was born.

OLLI  - ONE LIFE LIVE IT.

The skills that I developed through my years in the legal sector now help and support a variety of people from those who may be facing life on their own, for any number of reasons, perhaps they may have recently lost their life partner, or their partner may be ailing and they want help to get on top of all the paperwork;  a couple who may simply want to learn to be more organised with paperwork. Drawing on my legal knowledge I also assist and support people with making Lasting Powers of Attorney or applying for probate or administering an estate.

This part of the business is a one-to-one service to people in their own homes, but the other core element of the PWS Legal  is the provision of information – “forewarned is forearmed”. It is important to me that my clients have all the information they need to make an informed decision.

I am not all work and no play and have a variety of Interests.
